Artichoke Cheese Dip
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot® slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
- Cover; cook about 1 hour.
