  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to the Crock-Pot® slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
  2. Cover; cook about 1 hour.
